Back in the 70’s when I went to my first bath house in NYC there was a whole list of body language actions to communicate with the other men because talking seemed pretty much non existent. One that I remember is if you had a room and wanted to be fucked, you’d leave your door open, your light in bright enough so guys could see you and lay on your stomach with your ass up in the air.
